I will be presenting a brand new version of my Build Your Case at the Courthouse to the Larimer County Genealogical Society on Thursday, 16 February at 8 PM EST. This is a 1-hour overview of researching courthouses for estate records, land records, and other court papers in learning more about our ancestors. While judicial methods vary from state to state and community to community, they all process the same types of records. Therefore, this presentation is more about the records than the structure of the court system in any one location.
